Who do I need to know to get started?

You should have already completed the Basic HTML web design tutorial or know basic HTML before attempting this tutorial. (BASIC HTML WILL NOT BE TAUGHT IN THIS TUTORIAL)

What extras are you talking about?

We will be working with Inline frames / Iframes and JavaScripts to create a really awesome website.

What are JavaScripts?

They are mini-programs within a website to change the look of your web pages or to make your site interactive.

What can JavaScripts do?

They can display alert messages; be used for form validation; change the appearance of pictures / images; change colors of text and more. In short, they make your website much more entertaining. And websites that are entertaining attract more visitors.

Do I need to learn to write another code?

No, there are hundreds of really cool JavaScripts on the Internet that you can copy and paste.

How do I get started?

Everything you need is included in the Tutorial Download/diskette. Just follow the Tutorial's step-by-step instructions and you'll be making your website more fantastic in no time.

Will you build me a website?

Already done! We will be working with one of my pre-written websites included in the Tutorial Download/diskette. You are free to adapt / modify it to your preferences and post it on the web.

Will you build me a website?

Probably not, my schedule usually does not allow the time needed to build you a site. I encourage you to build your own.

We offer this Tutorial as a Downloading ZIP file (you will need a compression program like WinZip to open this download).

We also offer this Tutorial as a Downloading EXE or Self-Extractor file. To open the EXE file double click on the Icon. It will automatically place the BASICS Tutorial folder onto your PC's Desktop (you do not need a compression program to open this download).
